DO YOU SHIP TO ME?

Of course! We ship worldwide. The only restrictions we have on any of our products is that ourĀ SOS kitĀ are for UK only. This is due to them containing acetone.

DOES MY CUTICLE OIL EXPIRE?

Youā€™ll have up to 24 months after opening or within 3 years of manufacture for best product quality.

WHAT IS NAF! STUFF DOING TO BECOME MORE ECO CONSCIOUS?

Iā€™m so glad you askedĀ šŸ˜œ This has been a huge focus for us and we have made some big changes. The packets that our oils and most of our merch arrives in are home compostable. But, the biggest change is that everyone of our orders will be shipped plastic free in either cardboard or 100% home compostable mailers. Weā€™re even working on a recycle scheme for the pens so watch this space šŸ‘€

YOU CAN SAY YOU'VE GOT NO NUTS BUT THERE IS COCONUT OIL IN YOUR PRODUCTS!

Coconut oil is a 'botanical nut' but it is classed as a fruit and is safe for people with tree nut allergies to use unless they have an allergy to coconut itself.

THE OIL CONTAINS VITAMIN E BUT IS IT GLUTEN FREE?

The Vitamin E we use is gluten freeāœØ

WHAT DOES CPNP MEAN?

CPNP stands for Cosmetic Products Notification Portal and is the online notification system made mandatory by the EU Cosmetics Regulation No 1223/2009. The CPNP notification was made mandatory on July 11th, 2013. Any cosmetic product must be systematically notified on this portal prior to being placed on the EU market. It basically means that our products are legit.

We currently ship to the UK, Europe, US, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. We ship to a further 180 countries however you may experience longer delivery times when ordering from them. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Our UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. These can take up to 4 working days and any order placed afterĀ 3pm may not be processed until the next working day. Please head to the Shipping info page here for more detailsĀ

I CAN'T SEE MY TRACKING INFO

It can sometimes take 1 business day for your tracking number to generate, you should receive this via email. If you donā€™t receive a tracking number or it isnā€™t working email the team info@nafstuff.com and weā€™ll help you out.

UH OH, I WANT TO CANCEL OR ADD SOMETHING TO MY ORDER

In your confirmation email there is a link to click so that you can edit or cancel your order. We would advise to do this within 5 minutes of placing your order as our warehouse team may have began processing.Ā If you would like to add something to your order, send an email to info@nafstuff.com as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will do our best to do this for you.

WHOOPS! I'VE PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS

Please email us at info@nafstuff.com with your order number as soon as you can. When possible click the "cancel order" button on your confirmation email, you have 5 minutes after placing the order to do this. If your order is sent and returned to sender, to be then reshipped to a different address we may ask for a second payment for shipping.

CAN I SELL THE NAF! PRO PRODUCTS?

Hell yeah! If youā€™re a salon owner or self employed you can become a part of ourĀ NAF! PRO teamĀ and have access to our available trade products at PRO price. So that you can use and sell our NAF! PRO products to your clients. Our products are not available to resell online. If we find anyone selling online we will terminate your account. Full T&Cs here.

If itā€™s been more than 4 working days since you applied then definitely get in touch as we always process all applications within this time. Have a lilā€™ look in your junk mail (our messages sometimes end up in there) and if itā€™s not in there contact usĀ at info@nafstuff.com
